Nutrition Services Technician
As a Nutrition Services Technician, you’ll keep operations running smoothly—from food prep and stocking to patient meal delivery. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients and guests receive safe, timely, and compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Deliver patient trays and take meal selections with care
+ Prep food and follow recipes/production guidelines
+ Keep stations stocked, clean, and safe
+ Provide friendly, professional service to patients, staff, and guests
+ Accurately record temperatures and follow sanitation protocols
What We’re Looking For:
+ 1+ year in healthcare or food service (preferred)
+ Strong customer service and teamwork skills
+ Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
+ ServSafe or Food Handlers certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Cook
As a Cook, you’ll prepare, cook, and serve meals that meet quality, safety, and nutrition standards. From patient meals to staff and guest dining, you’ll bring consistency, flavor, and care to every plate.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
+ Ensure food quality, presentation, and temperature accuracy
+ Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
+ Assist with menu planning and special dietary needs
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For:
+ 1+ year professional cooking experience (healthcare or high-volume preferred)
+ Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

Shift:
Variable (United States of America)
Schedule: Variable shifts depending on status and role. Some weekend availability is necessary.
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
