    Job Summary:

    The Plant Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the Material Recycling Facility (MRF). This role supports daily operations by ensuring work areas are free of debris, hazards, and clutter, contributing to a safe and efficient environment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Clean and maintain floors, walkways, sorting areas, and equipment surfaces

    + Remove debris and recyclable materials from designated areas

    + Perform general custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal

    + Assist with basic maintenance and upkeep of facility equipment

    + Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE

    + Support other team members as needed to maintain operational flow

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

    + Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures

    + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

    + Safety-conscious and able to follow instructions precisely

    + Previous experience in industrial or custodial work preferred but not required

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + **Hourly Rate:** $19/hour

    + **Benefits:** Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off

    + **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends as needed

    + **Shift:** 7am – 6pm
