    4. Partner with hotel leaders and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to align strategies and present actionable insights.

    5. Audit systems and implement best practices to enhance revenue management processes and system accuracy.

Centralized Distribution & SynXis CRS Management (Future)

    1. Monitor and troubleshoot CRS configuration, rate loading, room types, restrictions, and promotional setup in SynXis for the Independent Hotel portfolio.

    2. Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and property teams to align SynXis content and availability across all distribution platforms.

    3. Troubleshoot system errors, booking discrepancies, and data mapping issues across GDS, OTAs, and internal channels.

    4. Monitor inventory to ensure parity across channels and maximize occupancy while avoiding overbooking.

    5. Generate and interpret SynXis reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
