    What You'll Do

    • Manage the Full Lifecycle – Lead projects from start to finish according to Mosaic's project management methodology and best practices.

    • Drive Success – Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    • Empower Collaboration – Work with diverse teams to define a clear scope and deliverables , gather requirements , and identify necessary process changes.

    • Ensure Accountability – Develop and actively manage all project artifacts, including plans, budgets, and schedules.

    • Solve Problems – Proactively identify and escalate risks or changes to key stakeholders.

    Who You Are

    • A Strategic Planner with the ability to manage or support multiple projects of varying complexity.

    • A Collaborative Leader who can lead diverse teams toward common goals and resolve conflicts.

    • An Experienced Professional with a solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

    • An Effective Communicator who can interact with both business and technical staff at all levels, including the executive level.

    Requirements

    What You'll Bring

    + A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

    + A minimum of three years of experience managing multiple projects with a proven record of success.

    + Experience with projects in various areas of an organization (e.g., Finance, Technology).

    + Knowledge of Smartsheet and Google Suite is a plus.

    + PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
