Qualitrol, a Ralliant operating company, is seeking a motivated Quality Engineering Cooperative Education (Co-Op) Student to join our team for the **Spring 2026** term. This role provides an excellent opportunity for current students to gain hands-on experience in quality engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. The Co-Op Student will contribute to projects that directly support key operational goals, with a primary focus on improving documentation practices, auditing existing materials, and ensuring alignment across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist with project coordination, process evaluation, and data review.

+ Support production operations by helping identify and resolve quality-related issues.

+ Collaborate with operators and the Quality team to audit and update documentation.

+ Ensure manufacturing instructions are clear, accurate, and consistent across the plant.

+ Participate in cross-functional projects that contribute to operational success.

Education & Experience

+ Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2026 or 2027 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

+ Field of study in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

+ Strong attention to detail and interest in quality engineering and process improvement.

+ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including operators and engineers.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 25.1 - 46.59
