Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Job Responsibilities:

+ Troubleshoot and resolve errors in ServiceNow configuration.

+ Analyze functional requirements and provide high-level estimates for configuration and customization.

+ Support testing efforts for ServiceNow development and deployments.

+ Configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.

+ Integrate ServiceNow with various internal and external systems.

+ Implement ServiceNow configurations for clients, including integration with HR systems and IT tools such as Dynatrace.

+ Design and develop moderately complex scripts, workflows, and integrations to build custom applications within ServiceNow.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and functional requirements.

+ Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Ability to document technical requirements and proposed solutions.

+ Experience with domain separation and automation/orchestration processes within ServiceNow.

+ ServiceNow certifications in Administration, Implementation, or Application Development; ITIL and ServiceNow Implementer certifications are preferred.

+ Experience working with a Content Management System is a plus.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in application programming.
