    As a Production Quality Analyst, you will support the Courtland site across all of the production areas\. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    • Leading the Monthly Corrective Action Board with site leadership and support organizations

    • Ensuring product compliance through auditing the production areas to Lockheed Martin procedures/processes and customer requirements\.

    • Preparing for and leading certification/compliance audits

    • Trending Quality metrics and deep diving into data to find root causes or data errors\.

    • Tracking actions and following up with owners to ensure timely completion\.

    • Helping dive process improvements and cost savings utilizing a continuous improvement mentality

    • Performing ESD and grounding certifications

    • Leading small projects or other tasks as assigned\.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working in manufacturing/production

    • Effective communication skills and the ability to present to sr\. leaders

    • Knowledge of manufacturing/quality processes and documentation

    • 4 year degree from a accredited college with 3 years of experience or equivalent years of experience\.

    • Can understand data/metrics and create trend charts

    • Demonstrated use of Microsoft office

    • Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance

    • Must be a US citizen

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience performing audits

    • Project management experience

    • Lean Manufacturing and or Problem Solving experience \(green/black belt certification\)

    • Understanding of ESD equipment, its requirements and certification process

    • Experience working within an AS9100/ISO9001 certified quality system

    • Currently or has in the past possessed a Security Clearance

    **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

    **Clearance Level:** Secret

    **Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
