Required Skills:
Product Growth Analyst Responsibilities:
1. Identify opportunities that present the most potential for product growth.
2. Remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement and/or monetization.
3. Partner with engineering teams to execute projects.
4. Analyze funnels, ecosystems, user behavior and long-term trends to identify opportunities for step-changes and angle changes in growth.
5. Define and analyze metrics for product performance.
6. Develop databased recommendations and presentations for product teams.
7. Identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate market adoption and product growth.
8. Collaborate with designers, engineering and data science teams to develop experiments, establish a shared vision and build consensus on product developments.
Minimum Qualifications:

9. Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation
10. Requires 6 months of experience in the following:
11. 1. Quantitative analysis and data mining
12. 2. SQL or other programming language for data querying
13. 3. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
14. 4. Preparing and presenting analytical reports
15. 5. Product optimization work including funnel/website optimization or outbound communication channels like email or push notifications
16. 6. Analyzing user behavior and trends
17. 7. Identify the opportunities most important for growth to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, or monetization, AND
18. 8. Lead experimentation from designing tests to analyzing results to make launch decisions
Public Compensation:
$180,614/year to $213,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
