Chapa-De Indian Health is expanding the team and adding a dedicated Fill-In FNP to provide essential primary care to underserved communities. This unique opportunity allows you to practice wide-scope family medicine within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment, while enjoying work-life balance.

     

    Salary: $520-$675 daily rate.

     

    Schedule: Fill In on any workday based on clinic needs and your availability...Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

     

    *Must have 103 NP certification by BRN*

    Job Duties:

    + Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting

    + Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments

    Required Experience:

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ years outpatient experience.

    + Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license with 103NP certification

    + Board Certified.

    + Active Ca ID or Drivers License
