•️ What You’ll Do: As a server at Alto, you’ll do more than deliver meals—you’ll create moments of joy. Whether it’s serving a resident their favorite dish, chatting with families, or working side-by-side with your teammates, you’ll play an important part in making our community feel like home.

• Schedule & Shifts:

+ Flexible days, with a minimum of every other weekend

+ 6:30am–2pm or 3pm–7pm (must be able to work both shifts)

+ No late nights! 🎉

• Pay & Perks:

+ $14–$15/hr

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.

Areas of Responsibility

+ Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.

+ Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.

+ Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.

+ Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.

+ Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.

+ Label and date all food.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

+ Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.

+ Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.

+ Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.

+ The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Food serving experience preferred.
