    Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Labs & Imaging

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in laboratory and imaging workflows to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, leveraging tools like Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across cross-functional teams.

     

    + **Required Qualifications:**

    + **Education & Experience:**

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.

    + 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in labs/imaging or healthcare IT.

    + Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.

    + Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based architecture.

    + Strong understanding of HL7, DICOM, PACS, LIS, and RIS systems is a plus.
