We are currently hiring for two quality-focused roles: **Quality Tester** and **Process Auditor** . These positions are essential in ensuring that Titleist products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and consistency.     **Job Title:** Quality Tester & Process Auditor

    **Location:** New Bedford, MA

     

    Shift & Pay

     

    Weekend - Sat & Sun 11am - 11pm + one 8 hour weekday shift | $20.08

     

    2nd Shift - Mon - Fri 3pm - 11pm | $20.15

     

    3rd Shift - Sun - Thur 11pm - 7am | $21.32

     

    What’s the Job?

    Quality Tester

    + Perform finished ball product audits to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Train associates on all core/ball standards.

    + Record and compute results, generating computerized reports.

    + Measure physical properties of balls and ball components.

    + Assist with various quality projects as assigned.

    Process Auditor

    + Conduct process and product audits to confirm compliance with quality standards.

    + Identify causes of quality issues and support resolution.

    + Report audit results to team members and the Technical Team Leader.

    + Perform product tests and provide feedback to the team.

    + Assist team members with tasks to meet quality and productivity goals.

    What We're Looking For:

    We’re seeking reliable, motivated individuals ready to work in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must:

     

    + Have good eyesight, strong attention to detail, and recognize product defects

    + Follow quality standards and safety procedures

    + Communicate effectively and work well in a team

    + Be organized, dependable, and punctual

    + Be able to pass a background check and drug screening

    + Have reliable transportation and be willing to work overtime

    + Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and basic computer skills is a plus (training provided)
