    Our client, a leading organization in laboratory testing and quality assurance, is seeking a Sample Entry Technician to join their team. As a Sample Entry Technician, you will be part of the Laboratory Operations supporting sample triage and data management. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sample Entry Technician

     

    Pay Range: $18.50/hr

     

    Shift: 8AM - 5PM (Some OT Potential)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Receive and accession samples, verifying chain of custody and ensuring paperwork accuracy

    + Log sample information into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and other databases

    + Generate labels and track samples throughout initial processing stages

    + Communicate discrepancies or issues with samples or paperwork to supervisors or client services

    + Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance with safety, health, and quality standards

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Working knowledge of computers and data entry systems

    + Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

    + Ability to learn new tasks quickly and think critically to solve problems

    + Reside within a commutable distance to Madison, WI
