What you’ll do

* Support a multidisciplinary approach to large-scale, technically complex projects.

* Collaborate with junior staff and provide technical guidance as needed.

* Produce civil design models and engineered drawings using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

* Prepare plans for site layout, underground utilities, grading, erosion and sediment control (E&S), stormwater, and sanitary systems.

* Develop stormwater management reports, calculations, and designs, including Operation and Maintenance manuals for BMPs.

* Perform quality control reviews prior to document issuance.

* Draft elevations, cross-sections, and details of typical site features.

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* 3+ years of professional experience in civil/site design and engineering.

* Proficiency in:

* Underground piping and utility systems (especially gravity systems like stormwater and sanitary)

* Site layout, parking, roadways, grading, and utility modeling

* Zoning code reviews and land development processes

* State, federal, and local permitting procedures

* Strong PC skills, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Adobe, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office

* Experience in stormwater design, modeling, and green infrastructure

Ideally, you’ll also have

* Professional Engineer (PE) license

* Experience with mission-critical or advanced facility projects
