    Now Hiring: Reimbursement Specialist | Onsite – Cary, NC

     

    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Reimbursement Specialist** to join a mission-driven team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through compassionate care and expert coordination. This role is perfect for someone with a healthcare or customer service background who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $21.50 – $ 22.00/hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | Any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    **Location:** Onsite- Cary, NC

    Key Responsibilities

    • Communicate effectively with patients to gather insurance information and explain coverage

    • Enter documentation and communication into Biologics’ MIS system

    • Process and triage prescriptions to appropriate pharmacies or HUB providers

    • Manage inbound calls from patients, providers, payors, and clients

    • Handle insurance claim processing and interpret pharmacy claim responses

    • Assist with annual reverification and other special projects

    • Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and product complaints (PCs) to clinicians

    • Respond to internal communications via email or chat

    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in patient services or healthcare customer support (preferred)

    • Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced setting

    • Flexible availability for shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    • Reliable transportation to work onsite in Cary, NC (required)
