    Description

Robert Half is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join a growing team in Sparks, NV, near USA Parkway. This is an ongoing contract opportunity that will leverage your administrative and organizational skills to help drive accuracy and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accurately input, update, and maintain data into company systems.

    + Verify the accuracy of data entries and resolve discrepancies as needed.

    + Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for easy access.

    + Generate reports and assist with data analysis as required.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth data flow across departments.

    + Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data entry or a related field are a plus.

    + Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    + Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.
