    **Job Title:** Assembly Technician

    We are seeking a skilled **Assembly Technician** to join our growing team in Newark, DE. This is a **fully on-site** position working in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment. The role reports directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble complex components per specifications and instructions

    + Select correct materials and tools from kit carts

    + Inspect completed work using designated inspection equipment

    + Operate various machines and hand tools

    + Perform equipment maintenance and preventative care

    + Ensure production quality and resolve issues promptly

    + Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required

    + Prior manufacturing experience preferred

    + Basic computer and hand tool skills

    + Strong communication and time management abilities

    + Ability to collaborate across teams and departments

    + Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes a plus

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

    + Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

    + Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

    + Must wear required PPE; respirator use and Fit Test may be required

    Compensation & Schedule

    + **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | **$** **21.00/hour**

    + **3rd Shift:** 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM | **$21.00/hour + 15% shift differential**

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
