The CFTSS Supervisor oversees Children and Family Treatment and Support Services at one or more FCCP sites. These services can include up to six children’s health and behavioral health services: Other Licensed Professional (OLP), Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST), Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), Caregiver Family Support, Peer Support, and Respite. Managing both the administrative and clinical aspects of this array of prevention, diagnostic, and treatment services, the CFTSS Supervisor works with the Program and State Managers by contributing to the budget development process, revenue/expense monitoring, achieving financial results that are consistent with budget projections, developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources and MCOs, supervisory oversight of referrals, billing logs and discharges, day to day supervision of direct reports, ensuring program compliance with statutory and licensing requirements and serving in the on-call and vacancy coverage. Qualifications: Licensed Psychoanalyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Masters Social Workers when under the clinical supervision of licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), licensed psychologists, or psychiatriatrists.
