Position Purpose:

Provides day-to-day technical support to the Top 50 Executives in our company, and their Assistants onsite.

+ Works closely with the rest of our team to define and document our processes and work flows

+ Participates in evaluating the hardware used by those we support

+ Makes recommendations to enhance processes, procedures, and policies relating to systems functionality, performance and user experience

+ Works closely with IT Security, Networking, Identity Access Management, Physical Security, Cellular, AV and messaging teams, further developing skills in all these areas

+ Troubleshooting that leads to a resolution or escalation, with a strong interest in first call resolution and learning from each escalation

+ Monitoring through a set of established systems that give us insight into performance

+ Continued learning on our current environment and expanding our capabilities

+ Performs troubleshooting and remediation, ensure successful project implementation, and perform post project end user support

+ Performs other duties as assigned

+ Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 – 4 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

+ Knowledge of Windows, with further knowledge of Macs a plus

+ Knowledge of Office apps, with an emphasis on Outlook

+ Ability to research and provide root cause analysis

+ Ability to design preventative actions

+ Experience with Service Now or other ticketing system

+ Knowledge of Zoom and/or Teams for meetings

+ Knowledge of Imaging and configuration

+ Knowledge of Inventory management

Soft Skills:

+ Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty

+ Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

+ Intermediate - Ability to work independently

License/Certification:

+ A+ or Windows certification preferred

Pay Range: $62,400.00 - $112,400.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
