    Description

    + Design and configure page templates and reusable components within the Modern Campus CMS platform.

    + Implement dynamic content rendering and layout logic using XML and XSLT.

    + Convert wireframes and design prototypes into responsive, fully functional web pages.

    + Ensure all web content adheres to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and aligns with institutional branding guidelines.

    + Perform CMS configuration tasks tailored to specific site requirements.

    + Create clear documentation and handoff materials to support internal teams and future maintenance.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience with Modern Campus CMS (Omni CMS), including template development and asset management.

    + Advanced proficiency in XML/XSLT for dynamic content rendering and layout structuring.

    + Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.

    + Hands-on experience customizing and working within the Bootstrap framework.

    + Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and SEO best practices.

    + Familiarity with jQuery and its application in interactive web components.

    + Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines effectively.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clear documentation.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience developing web solutions for higher education or healthcare environments.

    + Understanding of CMS publishing workflows, user roles, and permissions.

    + Exposure to ColdFusion scripting is a plus.
