    Shift Details: Tuesday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

    What You-ll Do:

    + Operate balers and sort recyclable materials

    + Meet production goals in a hands-on, physical role

    + Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

    + Support product reclamation and team operations

    What You Bring:

    + Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

    + Experience with pallet jacks, balers, or forklifts a plus

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Positive attitude and team spirit
