    **Are you a people person who enjoys helping others? ** U-Haul is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional service and support to our customers for a maximum of 15 hours per week, weekends only, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In this role, you will assist customers, inspect and maintain equipment, and use modern technology for dispatching and returning rentals. You’ll receive on-the-job training to enhance your skills.

    - Hourly Rate Starting at $14.00

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist customers with U-Haul products and Storage services.

     

    - Use U-Scan technology for rentals and inventory management.

     

    - Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.

     

    - Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels.

     

    - Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.

     

    - Install hitches and trailer wiring. (where applicable)

     

    - Fill propane tanks (training provided). (where applicable)

     

    - Operate forklifts (training provided). (where applicable)

     

    - Complete additional assigned tasks.

     

    - Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

     

    - High school diploma or equivalent.

    Work Environment:

    Moderate risks may require safety precautions, including protective gear. Expect to work around moving parts and machinery.

    Physical Demands:

    You should be able to stand for long periods, move both indoors and outdoors, reach items of varying heights, and lift equipment weighing 50 lbs. or more.
