Field Service Manager

A-Gas Americas is searching for an experienced leader to oversee our daily operations as a full-time Field Service Manager! You'll guide a team of talented technicians in completing high-quality work while smashing goals and delivering total customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS

To become our Field Service Manager, you'll need the following:

+ 21+ years old

+ College degree or 3+ years of related experience

+ 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team

+ Valid driver's license

+ Ability to obtain a CDL Class C with hazmat endorsement

+ Ability to obtain EPA Universal Certification within 14 days of hire

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Power BI, and Outlook

WHAT AN AVERAGE DAY LOOKS LIKE

Specific shift times will vary depending on business needs, so schedule flexibility is a must. As our Field Service Manager, you'll be responsible for:

+ Leading field technicians in completing high-quality work and meeting all targets

+ Guiding your team in meeting gas recovery and buyback goals

+ Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to foster relationships with clientele and attract new prospects

+ Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to service calls, scheduling jobs, and solving problems as they come up

+ Providing effective team coaching and mentorship

+ Assisting your team with refrigerant recovery jobs as needed

+ Using Salesforce to manage customer information

+ Upholding high safety standards and supporting environmental endeavors
