Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a **Associate** or **Mid-Level Numerical Control Programmer** to support production in Everett ,Washington. This role will require individuals that are capable of adapting to a dynamic team with critical deliverables and urgent factory support. They will need to have the ability to collaborate with others while keeping a “think outside the box” mindset. These team members will be expected to interface with global partners and internal stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience.

+ Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.

+ Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work.

+ Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment.

+ Works under general direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

+ 1 or more years of experience conducting Inspections using ASME Standards for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)

+ 1 or more years of experience with metrology software such as Polyworks, Spatial Analyzer or Verisurf

+ 1 or more years of CATIA V5 experience

+ 1 or more years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Quality Process Improvements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Ability to work a variable shift

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

+ Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $72,250 - $97,750

+ Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $90,950 - $123,050
