Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create comprehensive project plans and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Integrate technical project plans with the overall program plan in coordination with the Program Manager.

+ Lead technical execution, ensuring development teams meet committed timelines.

+ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues promptly.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, providing solutions to unblock teams quickly.

+ Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

+ Maintain thorough documentation of deliverables, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing.

Stakeholder Management

+ Identify and prioritize stakeholder needs and expectations.

+ Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

+ Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

+ 8+ years of experience in technical roles, with at least 4 years in technical project management.

+ Strong understanding of software development life cycles and regulatory requirements for medical products.

+ Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-site projects.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Experience with Agile methodologies and software development tools.

Preferred:

+ PMP or equivalent project management certification.

+ Experience in medical device development and sustaining engineering.

+ Familiarity with cybersecurity standards, quality systems, and compliance frameworks.

+ Hands-on experience with incremental delivery, metrics-driven project management, and stakeholder reporting.
