Program Analyst

The Program Analyst will provide comprehensive support in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on project cost, schedule, and performance. This role requires strong analytical and financial management skills to ensure effective program execution, compliance with guidance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
+ Monitor and analyze project financial data, including scope, schedule, and budget performance.
+ Conduct financial analysis to identify potential funding shortfalls and recommend corrective actions.
+ Prepare and validate budget estimates to support program development and execution.
+ Evaluate financial estimates and technical data for accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance with program requirements.
+ Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and metrics to track obligations, expenditures, performance trends, and goals.
+ Advise leadership and project teams on fiscal targets, constraints, and risks to enable informed decision-making.
+ Active Secret Clearance required at time of hire.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of additional applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
