    As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will complete:

    + **Agency Performance Analysis & Reporting**

    + Help track and analyze key business metrics for Agency Owners and internal field management teams

    + Help develop Agency Owner scorecard

    + **Program Support**

    + Assist with analyzing TA vs AO model

    + Help monitor and support marketing benefits package enrollment and utilization

    + **Content Support**

    + Assist with training material and video material for Agency Owner University and build out in SharePoint

    + Assist with buildout and creation of AOU onboarding

    + Assist with AO newsletter and other program communications

    + **Special Projects**

    + Gather Agency Owner testimonials to use for Direct to Agency Owner recruiting

    + Market/industry/competitor research

    + Assist with planning of quarterly gathering for Agency Owners and team members

     

    Preferred **major(s)** or academic background. Graphic Design, Education, Data Analytics, Business Management.

     

    We are looking for students majoring in Business, Marketing, Risk Management & Insurance, or Social Media and Digital Marketing.
