Requirements
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in representing the site to the clinical team, overseeing data collection, and ensuring adherence to study protocols. This is a part-time role with hours varying depending on study and site needs.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Represent the site to the clinical team and keep facility management informed of any issues or concerns.
• Create and monitor weekly schedule for research project interviewers.
• Follow directions meticulously and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Possess computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word.
• Conduct interviews with participants ranging from 3 to 80+ years of age. These may be on computers, iPads, or phones.
• Execute data collection methods as per the study protocol using proprietary software, with appropriate training and support.
• Train and monitor others with support, including virtual assistance for other locations.
• Provide and track compensation to study participants.
• Oversee the quality of local staff interviewing in collaboration with facility management and the project management team.
• Ensure participant confirmation calls are appropriately completed by the local team in coordination with facility management.
• Handle study reporting needs as directed by facility management and/or the project management team.
• Regularly conduct participant interviews and support other study-related tasks as directed.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Sago.
MUST HAVE:
• oversee the enrollment/team enrolling
• oversee the team managing compliance
o working with compliance reports for site team's contact
• oversee inventory control/management
• be site POC for Clinical team
• be site POC for client, as needed
Training starts the week of October 20th. Then the actual study starts on October 28th and will run until end of December. This is a part-time temporary role.
$22 per hour

QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
• Experience in market research or clinical research is a plus.
Computer Skills:
• Strong Microsoft Office/Computer Literacy.
