In-Office Position Compensation - $28/hr to $55/hr Key Responsibilities: + Assist loan officers in analyzing financial information from clients across various sectors. + Analyze business and personal tax returns, financial statements, and risk to determine credit quality using Sageworks or similar systems. + Prepare loan presentations, comment sheets, and annual reviews. + Provide guidance and training to team members on credit analysis and review work when needed. + Accompany loan officers on client and prospect calls to help build and maintain key relationships. + Attend training sessions and collaborate on ideas and solutions for continuous improvement. + Perform additional duties as assigned. Position Competencies: + Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret financial data. + Exceptional attention to detail and organization. + Clear and informative written communication. + Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Qualifications: + Bachelor-s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance or lending; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Analyzed financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. + Assessed borrower risk and recommended appropriate loan structures. + Built financial models to project future cash flows. + Applied underwriting principles to structure loans effectively. + Experience using Abrigo Sageworks preferred.
