We are hiring a Mid-Level HWIL Developer to support key programs at NSWC Crane. This position will be based on-site at NWSC Crane.     Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Interpret warfare system operating modes and performance characteristics

    + Interpret system technical documentation and extract key attributes to be simulated

    + Program and setup HWIL simulation environments

    + Integrate HWIL elements with digital models to predict warfare system performance

    + Generate design documentation and maintain version control

    + Validate that HWIL simulations produce realistic results

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of experience in an engineering job or scientific research job

    + 1+ years of experience in a T&E job or M&S job

    + 1+ years of experience working in a secure integrated data environment

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited Engineering program with a GPA of 3.0

    + Must have an Active US Government Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI US Government Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret/ TS/SCI Clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with HWIL or LVC simulation environment

    + Experience with vector signal generator

    + Familiar with NEWEG or similar

    + Experience in a software engineering job

    + Experience with radar, electronic surveillance, and radio datalinks

    + Experience with missile guidance and missile countermeasures
