    A successful Manager Engineering Plant shall be responsible for an assigned project. Coordinate with various power and communications entities to devise a plan that will allow the Company to engineer cost effective, constructable and safe solutions per all applicable local and federal standards. Manage a team of field engineers to conduct inspections as needed to ensure accuracy and ensure the Customer's and Company's specifications are met and that material usage is correct. At a minimum, the position requires a detailed working knowledge of telecommunications network structure; ability to use Engineering specific computer software and other office related equipment; familiarity with telecommunications architectures; ability to read, understand, interpret, and analyze data; understand best construction practices.

    What you’ll do

    + Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees and supervisors of an assigned area, department, or project(s)

    + Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance

    + Develop processes to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s)

    + Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project(s)

    What you’ll need

    + Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of related work experience.

    + Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.

    + Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.

    + Authorized to work in the United States.

    + Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
