• Onboarding Specialist (part-time)

    We have an outstanding contract position for anOnboarding Specialist to be our Designated Employer Representative for one of our programs inMcAllen, TX.

     

    Pay Rate: $25.00

    Position Description:

    In this capacity, the On-boarding Specialist will remain on stand-by and on-call status.

     

    Get paid $200 a month to remain on-call, and an hourly pay of $25.00 for any hours worked when called to perform duties listed below:

     

    + Perform a variety of administrative functions including preparing and maintaining on-boarding documents, spreadsheets, and files

    + Oversees the new hire electronic on-boarding process, including timely submissions of the required I9/e-Verify for new hires.

    + Handle additional related projects as assigned.

    + Serve as a primary liaison between external clients and new associates.

    + Be a resource throughout the on-boarding process.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

    + At least 2 years of administrative experience.

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and document editing.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet/database applications.

    + Strong support background, tenacious follow-up, and is motivated by delivering high-quality results quickly.

    + Great written and verbal communication skills.

    + Must be web-savvy and have strong customer service skills.
