Signature Reduction Specialist, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a signature reduction specialist on our team, you will provide support for developing, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of signature reduction activities. You will provide input throughout all planning functions to support current and future operations, deliver training to support and enhance unit readiness, and manage and oversee signature reduction operational security measures, including maintaining, issuing, tracking, and recovering signature reduction program items. As an authority in your field, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure to advise on threats and present risk mitigation techniques. You Have:

+ 8+ years of experience in counterintelligence

+ 4+ years of experience supporting and managing signature reduction activities

+ Experience providing training to individuals on threats, tradecraft, and countermeasures

+ Knowledge of ubiquitous technical surveillance, secure communications, and risk mitigation techniques

+ Knowledge of OPSEC and measures to safeguard sensitive information

+ Ability to support senior defense officials

+ Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

+ Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

+ 12+ years of experience in counterintelligence

+ Experience managing signature reduction activities at the CCMD level

+ Knowledge of cyber operations, threat actors, and technological trends

+ TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

+ Master's degree

+ Completion of a DoD or IC signature reduction training course

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
