    Shift hours between 10am - 7pm, including weekends

     

    Pay rate up to $18.01/hour; based on experience

    Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community in Camden County, is a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care communities, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Part Time Cook.

    Requirements for a Cook:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Two years of cooking and and meal preparation.

    + 3-4 years of related work experience. No supervisory experience required.

    Responsibilities for a Cook:

    + Ensures quality meal preparation including the following: consistency, presentation, flavor and temperature.

    + Ensures safe food preparation including: receiving, storage, cooking, service, holding, cleaning and sanitation of tools and work space.

    + Fiscal stewardship of resident spends by following recipes, preparing food quantities as instructed, batch cooking and using proper cooking methods and techniques.

    + Integral part of the production team supporting all dining programs (catering, events, retail, etc.).
