    The Regional Configuration Management Lead is a key connector between global product strategy and regional execution, owning the configuration of offerings in our configure/price/quote platform.     Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    + Work with cross-functional global and regional team members to adopt and enable regionally the global product offerings, guided selling & configuration rules, offering changes, including managing change processes and synchronized implementation in IT platforms.

    + Setup/load/maintain all technical, regulatory, and commercial rules and guidance in our quoting tool for offering identifiers and offering items and validating all of them prior to release for use by sales.

    + Drive regional offering maintenance requirements in the Apttus quoting platform, including testing new features and using creative solutions to support commercial and service franchise needs.

    + Provide input to create or change product models, offering items, offering structures, and/or offering guided selling and configuration rules during technical and functional assessments.

    + Provide input and guidance to orchestrate offering changes and their impact and ensure synchronized change control.

    + Review or approve product and offering item creation and change requests in accordance with product engineering documents and orchestrated change process requirements.

    + Setup/load/maintain pricing for offering items.

    + Assist in the quoting configuration aspects phase-in/out configuration orchestration.

    + Apply quality test practices and data verifications to ensure stable Product Data Master and Inquiry to Order platforms and integrations.

    + Liaison between sales and product teams to provide offering content feedback.

    + Provide early detection of potential conflicts found in change requests and highlight simplification opportunities.

    + Apply Lean methodology concepts to identify and drive continuous improvement into own processes and suggestions to adjacent ones

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field equivalent (defined as a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant work experience).

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience and demonstrated aptitude as a project team member in a commercial, technical, or operations environment.

    Desired Characteristics

    + Previous experienced in the Imaging business or Medtech.

    + Demonstrated willingness to learn and operationalize new processes, as well as navigate unfamiliar situations.

    + Demonstrated success working collaboratively with global and cross-functional team members.

    + Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a global and functional level.

    + Strong working knowledge of the English language (oral and written).

    + Ability to work within a matrix organizational environment.

    + Demonstrated experience with global product lifecycle management.

    + Demonstrated facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills in driving closure on decisions and issues.

    + Self-starter, energizing, results and detail oriented, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

    + Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

    + Knowledge and 1+ years of experience developing product guided selling and configuration rules in CPQ platforms, such as Apttus.
