About the Role

As a CNA Instructor, you'll train and mentor students pursuing their Certified Nursing Assistant certification. You'll lead classroom instruction, supervise clinical practice, and help students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. This is a part-time teaching position, with the option for full-time RN work when not instructing.

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction aligned with state certification standards

+ Supervise students during clinical rotations, ensuring safety and skill development

+ Evaluate student performance and provide individualized support

+ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

+ Collaborate with clinical departments to create a safe and effective learning environment

Qualifications

+ Required: RN license in Montana

+ Preferred: BSN degree

+ Experience: Long-Term Care clinical experience

+ Strong communication, teaching, and organizational skills

+ Familiarity with Montana CNA certification requirements

Physical Requirements

+ Ability to stand, bend, and reach during instruction

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

+ Comfortable working at a desk and computer for extended periods
