•** **What You'll Be Doing

As a **Guest Experience Shift Lead** , you're not just keeping things running—you’re creating **WOW moments** ! You'll lead and inspire your team to deliver **world-class service** and unforgettable experiences to every guest, every time. 💫

Your days will be filled with:

+ 💼 Acting as Supervisor on Duty, keeping operations smooth and exciting

+ 🧍‍♀️ Assisting front-line Hosts across the attraction when needed

+ 🎉 Leading and motivating team members to be _guest-obsessed_

+ 🛠 Delegating and monitoring daily tasks to ensure everything clicks into place

+ 🚦Managing guest flow and line control during peak hours

+ 🤝 Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and a smile

+ 📚 Training and developing new team members

+ 🔍 Auditing service areas and supporting leadership with special projects

+ 🌈 Creating a positive, energetic, and safe work environment for all!

•** **What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s passionate, responsible, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Someone who knows how to **have fun while leading by example** . 🦸

Requirements:

+ 🎓 High School diploma or GED required

+ 💡 6+ months in customer service, attractions, entertainment, or similar roles preferred

+ 💬 Strong communication and leadership skills

+ 🧠 Problem-solver with a guest-first mindset

+ 👟 Ability to be on your feet, moving, and engaging with guests for extended periods

+ 🕒 Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Physical Requirements
