    School Food Delivery Driver – Help Fuel Young Minds!Monday–Friday (No Nights or Weekends!)

     

    Do you enjoy being on the move and want a job that fits your schedule? Join our school nutrition team as a Delivery Driver and play a vital role in ensuring students receive the meals they need to learn and thrive!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Safely drive a company vehicle to deliver food and supplies between schools in the district

    + Load and unload products with care, ensuring proper storage and delivery

    + Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep accurate logs and reports

    + Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in excellent working condition

    + Communicate with the central office as needed to ensure timely, accurate deliveries

    + Follow all local driving laws and school district policies

    Requirements

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES* High School diploma* A clean driver's license. * Must be able to pass background check & drug screeningMandatory fingerprinting screening* One year of professional driving experience. * Must be cautious of bad weather conditions that can make driving hazardous.* Must be able to carry and lift objects weighing up to and above 50lbs.* Must perform repetitive movement -- side to side, up and down in safe manner.GENERAL REMINDERS* The customer is always right.* Always wear proper uniform attire including hat or hairnet in food prep areas.* Uniforms should be kept clean and neat at all times.* Present a positive image.* Smile and acknowledge customers by making eye contact.* General courtesy requires you to clean up after yourself. Do not leave it for someone else.* We strive for 100% satisfaction.
