    Thompson Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Field Services Senior Engineer III to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity and performance of construction projects through expert review, technical problem-solving, and materials engineering.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Review construction materials testing reports and field inspection results for compliance with specifications and standards

    + Resolve complex technical issues related to materials, construction methods, and site conditions

    + Engineer concrete mix designs tailored to project requirements and environmental conditions

    + Develop and oversee concrete repair strategies, including assessment, material selection, and implementation

    + Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to communicate findings and recommendations

    + Mentor junior engineers and field technicians, fostering best practices and technical excellence

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)

    + Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction materials testing and field engineering

    + Strong knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and other relevant standards

    + Proven expertise in concrete mix design and repair engineering

    + Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
