    **BrightStar Indiana** , a partner of the State Lottery Commission of Indiana, works to maximize net income to the State of Indiana in a socially responsible manner through the sales of Hoosier Lottery tickets. Generating more than $1.5 billion in sales annually, BrightStar Indiana is responsible for marketing, product development, sales, technology, and operations functions for and on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery.

     

    Overview

     

    The Statewide Inventory Coordinator functions as the sales point person for all Point of Sale and Merchandising Equipment. Performing standardized tasks in the Indianapolis Sales Warehousewhich includes, but not limited to receiving, recording, storing, sorting, issuing materials andequipment, and monthly Point of Sale package.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintains effective communication with entire Sales team and Distribution Center.

    + Orders, receives, records, stores and issues POS, promotional materials, hardware, and equipment

    + Allocates supplies to Sales team

    + Compiles and generates reports to be used by the entire Sales organization

    + Receives and processes returned instant game tickets from the Lottery Sales Representatives and prepares them for shipment to the distribution center

    + Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment

    + Responsible for organization of the Sales Warehouse

    + Coordinates the timely and efficient delivery of all monthly Point of Sale items

    + Work closely with Logistics Coordinator for POS and hardware distribution to each of the storage facilities and managing Sales Warehouse monthly processes

    + Performs other required tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    Years’ Experience

    + One (1) year of clerical experience

    Skills

    + Ability to use office equipment such as computer, smart phone, multi-function printer, and mailing machines.

    + Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

    + Ability to perform moderate mathematical computations

    + Basic knowledge of and experience with bookkeeping and record keeping

    + Ability to move and lift items, which may weigh approximately 25-50 pounds

    + Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

    At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $31,096 - $67,496. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

     

    Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
