    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Senior ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to support a multi-national power management client of ours. This resource needs deep expertise in Oracle ERP, particularly Oracle Financials and Oracle Fusion, to support our Supply Chain Management (SCM) transformation. This role is pivotal in our first deployment of Oracle Fusion scheduled for December 1st, with full implementation across the business by April 2026.

     

    You will act as a Techno-Functional Analyst, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, experience in UAT testing, and the ability to present insights and recommendations to VP-level stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand business processes and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions.

    • Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    • Conduct UAT testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment.

    • Present findings, updates, and recommendations to senior leadership.

    • Leverage AI tools and Oracle capabilities to enhance reporting and analytics.

    • Utilize Microsoft tools including Power BI and SQL for global reporting and data analysis.

    • Maintain clarity and alignment using project management tools like Clarity.

    Day-to-Day Breakdown:

    • 20%: Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand needs.

    • 50%: Translating business needs into actionable technical solutions and driving implementation.

    • 20%: Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional analyst role.

    • Proven experience with Oracle ERP, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud. Ideally experience with Order Management, Procurement, Product Information Management (PIM), Financials, and Inventory Management

    • Strong understanding of orders, procurement, and supply chain processes.

    • Experience working closely with or within supply chain teams.

    • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Clarity PM tools.

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to VP-level executives.

    • Experience leveraging AI technologies in ERP or reporting environments is a plus. • Background in manufacturing or supply chain operations.

    • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    • Familiarity with global reporting platforms and enterprise data environments.
