Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager for a for a direct-hire opportunity at one of our Healthcare Device clients based in Ohio. This role will sit 5x onsite in Cincinnati/Dayton, OH. The Senior Engineering Project Manager will work as a member of the Research and Development team and will be responsible to plan and execute development activities in accordance with corporate procedures, to assure the project deliverables are completed accurately, on time and within budget. Initiate, plan, schedule, direct and execute one or multiple projects at a time, including highly complex cross-functional projects.
This role is an individual contributor role working within a cross-functional team toward a common goal. This role will also be responsible for communicating project status and updates to management levels.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of successfully lead teams and cross function teams
• Experience working through a med device product
• From user requirements, upstream marketing, successful launch and stabilization within med device
• Familiar working in waterfall and agile
• Prepares and presents project status reports, facilitate technical meetings, and design reviews.
• Manages technical and project risk within the project including adequate risk mitigation efforts and effectively issue escalation.
• Led multiple complex electromechanical projects within engineering or a closely related field
• Multidisciplinary product development experience (understanding of electromechanical, embedded systems and software) preferred
