    Insight Global is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant in the Annapolis MD. Join a small but rapidly growing law firm specializing in the beverage industry, advising clients from start-ups to international brands. As the Executive Administrator / Executive & Personal Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of operations, delivering exceptional support to attorneys and leadership.     Business Support (80%):

    • Champion client commitment: Serve as a professional point of contact for clients (breweries, distilleries, distributors), handling inquiries with responsiveness and care.

    • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents (licensing applications, compliance reports, regulatory filings) with meticulous attention to detail.

    • Calendar and email management for the Founding Partner and leadership.

    • Coordinate meetings, organize agendas, and arrange complex travel itineraries for leadership and other employees.

    • Conference and event coordination (industry conferences, client meetings, annual firm retreat).

    • CLE tracking and association management (dues, event coordination, paperwork).

    • Act as liaison with internal/external partners for events and speaking engagements.

    • Draft and communicate client memos; support LinkedIn posting and engagement.

    • New client onboarding and coordination with IT team for technical issues.

    • Light invoicing support, billing, expense tracking, and office operations.

    • Mailing and shipping logistics.

    Personal Support (20%):

    • Personal calendar management

    • Coordination with household vendors (e.g., repair services)

    • Occasional personal errands

    • Support Firm Success: lead firm efforts in billing, expense tracking, and office operations, owning the details to keep the firm running smoothly.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Exceptional attention to detail

    • Experienced: Minimum 4+ years in an executive assistant or administrative role, ideally in a law firm or beverage-related industry (including in-person work).

    • Skilled: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Microsoft Teams - Strong technical proficiency

    • Organized: Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities; great at follow-up and anticipating needs.

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Professional: Outstanding communication skills, polished and approachable demeanor, and highly responsive. Calm and composed.

    • Discreet: Natural ability to handle confidential matters with integrity; client privacy is paramount.

    • Educated: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for the right candidate.

    • Authentic: Genuine, proactive, creative, and flexible. · Personal assisting background

    • Familiarity with tools such as, legal/workflow software (Clio, Monday.com, Adobe Sign, DocuSign)
