    Job Description Summary

    Assist with Institutional Effectiveness goals, objectives, and needs. Perform research and analysis in support of Institutional Effectiveness. Help launch new initiatives. Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned. Assist with data entry and office supplies requests. Assist with in-house event planning and execution. May perform additional projects as needed as directed by ACOM's Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness.

    Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Assist with Institutional Effectiveness goals, objectives, and needs;

    + Perform research and analysis in support of Institutional Effectiveness;

    + Help launch new initiatives;

    + Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned;

    + Assist with data entry and office supplies requests;

    + Assist with in-house event planning and execution;

    + May perform additional projects as needed as directed by ACOM's Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    + The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills;

    + Demonstrated experience providing complex administrative support in a high-profile environment with tact and diplomacy;

    + Proven office administration and customer service skills; have medium / advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications and a solid working knowledge of office processes, related computer software and electronic communication tools; demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks / assignments and meet deadlines; exercise good judgment, be organized and very detail oriented.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalency with 2+ years of related experience required;

    + Strong secretarial and administrative support skills, as well as advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office required;

    + Aility to lift 25 lbs, with or without accommodation strong preference for an individual with strong writing skills required.
