Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Specialist to support the quality program for steam, gas turbine, and electric generator assets. This role is responsible for setting up and maintaining quality processes, collaborating with engineering teams, and working directly with high-spend vendors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain the quality program for turbine and generator assets.
• Conduct weekly calls with major vendors (GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi) to review quality issues and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to document work and resolve issues with vendors.
• Perform quality audits and shop inspections (30% travel; East Coast focus).
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on quality metrics, findings, and recommendations.
• Attend the Mount Holly facility once a week (no travel reimbursement for local candidates).
• Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, PowerApps) for data analysis and reporting.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the utility/manufacturing industry.
• Experience as a design engineer, process engineer, or quality inspector—preferably with a major manufacturer.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Experience in the generator world (especially from major manufacturers)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps).
