    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and self-driven programmer to join our small business team as the sole technical specialist. This mid-level role is ideal for someone passionate about data analytics, automation, and AI integration, and who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design and implement automated data collection systems across multiple platforms.

     

    Validate and reconcile data accuracy from diverse sources.

     

    Develop and maintain interactive reporting dashboards for business insights.

     

    Integrate AI tools and models to enhance automation and analytics capabilities.

     

    Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

     

    Work with various software platforms including accounting systems and web design tools.

    Skills and Requirements

    Proficiency in one or more programming languages suitable for automation (e.g., Python, R, JavaScript).

     

    Experience with AI integration and data visualization tools.

     

    Strong understanding of data validation and reconciliation techniques.

     

    Familiarity with accounting software and web development platforms.

     

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical projects.

     

    Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Prior experience in a small business environment

     

    Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

     

    Knowledge of database management and ETL processes.
