• Sr. HVAC Service Technician

    Job Description

    Perform startup and commissioning of commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, AHUs, VAV systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, chillers, and exhaust systems.

     

    Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, refrigerant circuits, electrical systems, and controls to ensure proper operation.

     

    Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation.

     

    Make necessary field adjustments, verify setpoints, and work with TAB contractors or controls technicians to complete system commissioning.

     

    Provide clear and detailed startup/commissioning documentation and service reports.

     

    Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and control contractors to deliver systems that meet design intent.

     

    Respond to service calls, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with warranty and follow-up issues.

     

    Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with customers.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 7-10+ years of HVAC experience

     

    - Experience with startup and commissioning

     

    - Experience working with Samsung, Lennox, and Daiken products

     

    - Ability to manage and train technicians
