You Should Have

+ Positive attitude, a strong sense of hospitality, and a professional work ethic

+ Experience with high volume dining and tailored step of service

+ Ability to memorize and retain information quickly

+ Prioritizes tasks focusing on guest needs first

+ A good understanding of food, wine and cocktails

+ Open availability and a desire to learn

+ A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification are required and must be obtained before entering this position
