    Dietary Services Manager / Food Service Director / Nutrition Services Manager

    Qualifications:

    + Completion of a State-approved Food Services Supervisor Course (required).

    + Certified Food Protection Manager and ServSafe® Certification preferred.

    + Experience in quantity food preparation and service.

    + Willingness to complete training in Food Safety, Sanitation, and Modified Diets.

    + Previous experience in a healthcare dietary or food service setting strongly preferred.
