    Pay Range:

    The pay range for this position is $20.41- $28.88. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience

    Scotland Medical Clinic Avera has a position open working 32 hours per week in our Family Medicine Clinic as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

    LPN Responsibilities:

    + Under direct supervision of the provider, assist in patient care. Obtain vital signs, blood pressures, height and weights and record information.

    + Maintains and views patient records, chart, and other pertinent information to include but not limited to work up new patient charts, chart visits, and/or all necessary information and drugs prescribed, review all labs, hospital and other reports.

    + Refills medications at the providers discretion.

    + Responds to patient phone calls in a timely manner with appropriate input from the provider.

    + Maintains exam rooms with appropriate supplies and materials.

    + This position is four days a week 9:00am-5:00pm with every 4th Saturday from 830am-12pm.

    License Requirements:

    + Valid SD nursing license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
